Candy Time!

For any of you who read my last post you know that this post should have appeared on Friday.  Unfortunately work and life got in the way and I haven't had much quality time with my computer.  The card from the last post used stamps from Unity Stamp Company's August Kit of the Month.  Thanks to Emily I have become a huge fan of Unity stamps. Their stamps are fantastic quality, deeply etched red rubber and they have a huge range of images and sentiments.  As well as their own fabulous team of in-house designers, Unity co-brands with a number of other companies (such as Echo Park, Jillibean Soup, Bella Blvd and Cosmo Cricket) which brings even more diversity to the company.  I subscribe to their Kit of the Month program and have yet to receive a set that doesn't have at least one stamp that appeals to me.  There are regularly fantastic deals to be found in the Unity store and their customer service is outstanding.  If you've never checked out Unity before then today is the day to do it!
So here's the candy part!  I recently ended up with 2 sets of Unity's August Kit of the Month and I thought that it would be great to share some Unity with my bloggy friends.  Also, this morning I was thrilled to discover my 50th follower!  So as well as just sharing the Unity love I want to celebrate that milestone with my first ever blog candy - Unity's August KOM. I am so grateful for everyone who has visited and supported me as I've learned more and more about this fabulous craft of ours.  This really is an amazing community of people that I'm thrilled to be a part of.  So, in order to receive this fabulous kit leave me a comment by midnight on Sunday and tell me about a company or product that you've been excited about recently ('cause we can never have too much on our wish lists right?).  I'll announce the winner next Monday - I promise!  :)

Super fun. I don't own any Unity Stamps but I adore what I see you and Emily create with them. I just bought some burlap from Canvas Home Basics. Love the texture. I also love the fonts on Technique Tuesday stamps. Of course this along with lots of Paper Trey, Verve and Hero Arts!

Hello my friend, congrats on your 50th follower, I'm sure they'll be many more to join you. The Unity kits do indeed look very versatile, never checked to see how far they ship too! My favourite recent discovery is die-namics and memory box dies, they have some awesome designs and new releases each month oh and of course PTI :)
We are being battered by the remnants of hurricane Katia at the mo, makes walking the dog fun!

Congrats on your 50th follower. I know how exciting it is to open up your blog and seeing a new one there. I don't think I have a single stamp from Unity, so what a fun blog candy post!

A company that I am always excited about is Papertrey Ink. I think that they have some of the best buttons, stamps and designer paper around!

hey jen ... what a cool idea, i am stoked you have fifty followers although i am sure there will be many more once they see your awesome designs! my latest FAVOURITE product has been finding the graphic 45 papers. while i am sure they are not new to most of you, they are to me and i can't get enough of their vintage take on stuff! (i'm secretly hoping jen will have some and come up with a cool design she will share with us;))

Hi Jen, big congratulations on your 50th follower, how exciting! I have not used Unity stamps before, but this set looks fantastic. I have just recently discovered and bought some Gorguss stamps from the UK. Can't wait to get them inky :)

Hooray on 50 followers, Jen! You should have many more. :D Ah, well, that is one of the best Unity KOMs ever. Too bad I haven't had a chance to ink it up!! No need to include me in this draw. ;) My favourite stamps right now? Paper Smooches. No surprise, right? Hope you're doing well!

Can you believe I only have one unity set and it is really really old? Congrats on getting 50 followers. I love coming to visit, your cards are fantastic and the bonus is reading about those pups of yours! Let's see, a company that has me excited right now has to be Paper Smooches. They've gotten me into liking the fun and cute style of stamps and I love the quirky-ness of them.

What a cute little stamp set! Congrats Jen on the milestone. Just shows how loved you are! :) There is a stamp shop that I love ... but haven't managed to afford much from it so far. But ... it does have some lovely phrase and verse stamps! I do have the "Footprints" stamp set ... and love it!

Well, I just found you today through Jocelyn at red balloon cards - and wow, am I having fun seeing all your creations! I'm now #52 :) Blogging has challenged me as a crafter in a lot of great ways, and I can't believe how fantastically supportive crafters are as a group. I love it!
So, a company I've been excited about...uh, as a new-to-me I think Market Street Stamps, and as a long-time love affair, Basic Grey. I am anxiously awaiting a bunch of BG Christmas goodies :)

Hi Jen, I'm a new visitor to your blog. Congratulations on your 50th follower :) I've had my blog for over three years and have nowhere near that many followers, LOL! Your work is fabulous, and I linked across from Robin's blog :)
My latest find is Authentique patterned papers - I haven't tried any yet but the 'Blissful' range is top of my wishlist :)
